Together, we are building a safer, healthier and more sustainable future.

At Rezolv, protecting people and respecting the environment are fundamental to how we develop renewable energy projects. Our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) approach is built on visible leadership, a strong safety culture and a commitment to continuous improvement in every area of the business – and in every country in which we operate.

We invest in consistent standards, structured training and clear expectations for everyone working on our projects – employees, contractors and partners. Key initiatives include the STOP WORK Initiative, our Safety Champion Programme and the HSE Onboarding Programme with the upcoming Rezolv Safety Passport (2026), which will unify competency requirements across all sites.

In addition, our HSE Handbook provides practical guidance on safe work, social & environmental protection, and emergency preparedness, supporting a shared understanding of what “safe and responsible” means at Rezolv.

Our HSE Culture & Approach

Safety as a Core Rezolv Value

We embed safety into the way we plan, design, build and operate our projects. From early development to construction and operations, HSE is integrated into every stage of the project lifecycle.

Visible Leadership

Our leaders set the tone. They champion safe behaviours, encourage open communication and ensure that safety is never compromised for schedule or cost. We expect the same commitment from our partners and contractors.

A Learning and Improvement Mindset

We foster a culture where people feel empowered to speak up, report hazards and share lessons learned. Continuous improvement is essential – we analyse incidents, track performance and invest in better tools, training and systems.

Shared Responsibility

Safety is a collective effort. Everyone working on a Rezolv project – employees, contractors and partners – plays an active role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Our Key HSE Initiatives

STOP WORK Initiative

The STOP WORK Initiative is Rezolv’s commitment to ensuring that every person on our projects – employee, contractor or visitor – has both the authority and the obligation to stop any task that appears unsafe, unclear or not in line with our standards.

STOP WORK is not about blame or disruption. It is about protecting people, preventing incidents and reinforcing a culture where safety always comes first.

Safety Champion Programme

This is a cross‑project initiative that recognises individuals who demonstrate exceptional commitment to safety. Safety Champions help strengthen our culture by modelling safe behaviours and supporting teams.

HSE Onboarding Programme

The Rezolv Safety Passport is a unified competency and training record for all personnel working on Rezolv projects.

The Safety Passport will:

  • verify that workers meet Rezolv’s training requirements
  • support mobility across projects and countries
  • raise the overall standard of safety performance

Rezolv Safety Passport
(launching in 2026)

Safety is a collective effort. Everyone working on a Rezolv project – employees, contractors and partners – plays an active role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Cross‑Country HSE Alignment

We are building a harmonised HSE framework across Romania, Bulgaria and other markets – including shared standards, reporting processes, audits and campaigns.

Rezolv HSE Handbook

Our HSE Handbook sets out the principles, rules and expectations that guide safe and responsible work across all Rezolv projects. It applies to employees, contractors and partners, and supports a consistent approach to safety and environmental protection.
